Sometimes your perfect place is out there just waiting to be discovered, but for various reasons it is not pulling up in any of your searches.

Searching the internet is a FABULOUS way to uncover properties that are for sale. The internet has become a wonderful tool for both consumers and real estate agents alike, but as technology goes, it sometimes has it’s “glitches.” There are many situations for which a property may not be captured in a search. Examples include data entry on the listing side, the listing services requirements and/or minimums, criterion entered by the consumer and the lack of links between listing services. There are also situations were listing agents do not put properties on the internet for the public to view.

With all these situations, you must remember that the computer is doing the “thinking”. This is why enlisting the services of a real estate agent early in the process can be very beneficial. An agent with knowledge of an area will be able to utilize all their resources to help you with your search.
